Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Michigan. In this full-time role, you’ll provide front office support and deliver excellent patient service, helping create lasting impressions and trust with patients.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and work with a friendly team committed to quality care and community outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
