Job summary

Aspen Dental in Michigan is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front office tasks, schedule patient appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

As a full-time position, you will join a supportive team with opportunities for growth and a competitive hourly rate of $18–$20. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
