Job summary

Aspen Dental invites you to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator, a front-office role at a thriving dental service organization. You will participate in a four-week training program to master scheduling, patient service, and payment collection, reporting to the Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
