Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team in a full-time front office role. You will help create lasting impressions and trust with patients, supporting scheduling, chart organization, and insurance verification.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your duties and contribute to a positive, collaborative practice environment across our network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and patient service with compassion.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
