Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits under the guidance of the Practice Manager.

This full-time role emphasizes compassionate patient service, accuracy, and efficient office operations; training is provided through a four-week program to help you succeed and grow with the practice.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced front-office environment.
• Organized and detail oriented with a professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform daily front office tasks as assigned by the Manager.
