Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will perform daily front office tasks, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance and collect payments, and help create lasting impressions with patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist Manager with additional tasks as assigned.
• Perform other front office tasks as assigned by the Manager.
