Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will perform front office duties, support patient scheduling, and help create trusting, lasting impressions with patients through a four-week training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a patient-first mindset.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily front office duties and create lasting patient impressions.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
