Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to handle daily front office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support patient care. You will join a four‑week training program to succeed in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
