Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You’ll manage daily scheduling, patient intake, charts, and insurance verification to create a smooth, welcoming visit for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Support front-office daily tasks and create lasting impressions and loyalty with patients
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
