Qualifications

• Experience in a physical therapy, medical office, or hospitality setting with strong customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and organization.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with EMR, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by phone and handle inquiries.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments while optimizing patient satisfaction.
• Complete insurance verifications and obtain authorizations.
• Maintain and update patient records and financial information.
• Keep appointments on schedule and notify providers of delays.
