Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more of experience in a Healthcare setting; strong Customer Service background in Retail/ Hospitality/ Call Centers acceptable.
• Must be passionate about improving patient experiences and care; excellent customer service and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, and maintain visitor records.
• Coordinate provider appointments, confirm visits, and handle rescheduling/no-shows.
• Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings and processing mail.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment while delivering exceptional service.
