Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Check in/out patients and collect information accurately.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Verify demographics and insurance information.
• Maintain patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
• Collect co-pays and balances when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support providers and clinical staff as needed.
