Aspen Dental is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will support patient scheduling, insurance verification, and payment processing, while delivering compassionate service in line with company policies.

You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role and will report to the Manager in a fast-paced clinical setting. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior patient service by assisting front office tasks and duties.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
