Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator (front office) to deliver outstanding patient service and manage scheduling, chart organization, and insurance verification. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
