Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to greet patients, manage front desk duties, and support a smooth daily flow in the practice.

You’ll participate in a four‑week training program, report to the Manager, and help schedule appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered service in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management skills and attention to detail.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service at the front desk, in line with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
