Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team and deliver exceptional patient care at the front desk. You will participate in a four-week training program to ensure you succeed in your role and provide outstanding service to our patients.

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and handle scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and friendly patient interactions every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion in line with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
