Concentra is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our care team in Springfield, MA. You will handle patient registration, scheduling, and front-desk duties, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, policy adherence, and effective communication with patients, providers, and staff to ensure a welcoming and compliant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of state occupational medicine requirements is a plus.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming experience.
• Check in/out patients using the patient management system and schedule appointments.
• Obtain authorizations as needed and communicate wait times to patients.
• Handle multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain records, paperwork and ensure HIPAA compliance in all tasks.
• Support center operations and assist with daily administrative duties.
