Job summary

Aspen Dental is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front-office operations and create positive experiences for patients.

You will complete a four-week training program, report to the Manager, and perform scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion in line with patient needs, policies, regulations, and dental standards.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
