SynergenX Health Holdings LLC in Houston is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the patient experience. You will manage check-ins/outs, scheduling, billing questions, and front-desk operations to keep the clinic running smoothly.

The role offers $20/hour, full-time hours, two weeks of paid training, and benefits. We value friendly, dependable team players who thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Healthcare/front desk experience encouraged.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort discussing payments and insurance.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer questions related to billing, insurance, and balances.
• Schedule appointments and manage calls/messages.
• Enter and update patient demographics and insurance data.
• Monitor clinic emails/texts/faxes and respond as needed.
• Collect and process patient payments accurately.
• Maintain daily end-of-day records and deposits twice weekly.
• Support clinical staff with administrative needs.
• Ensure front desk and waiting area are clean and welcoming.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
