Job summary

SynergenX Health is seeking a Full-Time Outbound Customer Care Representative to join our on-site team in Houston. If you are energetic, confident, and enjoy connecting with people, this role offers a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with paid training.

The position runs Monday–Friday on-site. You will make outbound calls, follow up with patients, schedule appointments, and document interactions in our CRM/EHR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service, call center, sales, appointment-setting, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable asking for appointments and responding to common objections.
• Ability to quickly build trust and rapport over the phone.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to accurately document patient interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, metric-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must successfully complete a routine criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
• Schedule appointments in our designated systems and document interactions in CRM/EHR.
• Follow up with patients who have expressed interest or are returning for care.
• Build rapport quickly to create a positive experience from the first contact.
• Address questions and objections in a friendly, professional way while using approved scripts.
• Meet individual appointment-setting, productivity, and conversion goals.
