Job summary

SynergenX–Low T Center–HerKare in Plano, TX is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This front desk role offers a pathway to launch or grow your career in healthcare while supporting patients through check-in, scheduling, and billing inquiries.

You will be the face and voice of our clinic, delivering friendly, professional service with accuracy and confidentiality. The position requires occasional Saturday shifts as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to discuss billing and insurance with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check in, and room appointments.
• Assist patients with billing and insurance questions.
• Explain insurance coverage, EOBs, and out-of-pocket costs clearly.
• Enter and update patient information and insurance details.
• Answer calls and direct messages promptly and professionally.
• Process patient payments accurately.
• Monitor center emails, texts, and faxes for timely follow-up.
• Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and clinic policies.
