Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Check-in patients and ensure efficient admitting process.
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments per office guidelines.
• Collect copays and verify insurance as part of check-in.
• Scan and upload patient documents into the EMR.
