MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check in and out, delivering a personalized patient experience and coordinating with the office team.

Training will be provided to learn about insurance plans and vision care, with occasional evening or weekend shifts. You will handle phone lines, appointments, confirmations, and patient outreach, while staying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized check-in/out experience for patients.
• Verify insurance options at check-in/out and educate patients.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and schedule appointments.
• Cross-train to related roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure excellent patient service.
