Responsibilities

• Support patients in completing forms and paperwork with clear guidance.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area for a positive first impression.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to appropriate team members.
• Meet or exceed departmental productivity while understanding billing processes.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records, ensuring charts are up-to-date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor to enhance operations.
