Apex Eye is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience for patients and handling essential administrative tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and efficiency in a fast-paced eye-care setting.

The coordinator will greet patients, answer calls, manage appointment flow, process payments, and support daily office operations to maintain smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Familiar with basic office software and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during patient encounters (in person or by phone).
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Manage patient flow and assist with check-in/out.
• Collect payments and perform daily reconciliations.
• Perform general office duties as assigned by manager.
