Clarkson Eyecare Texas in Frisco, TX is seeking a Front Office Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/out and basic office tasks. Training provided; no medical/eyecare experience required.

You will deliver friendly service, answer phones, confirm insurance, collect payments, and support a smooth patient flow while upholding HIPAA and company policies. Full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Minimum one year interacting with customers or patients.
• Previous medical office, optometry, or ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Must provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter.
• Greet patients promptly with a smile and thank them when leaving.
• Answer phones and assure courteous service at all times.
• Verify insurance authorizations and maintain accurate flow sheets.
• Check out patients and collect payments according to procedures.
• Manage patient flow and communicate to maximize efficiency.
• Complete daily reconciliations and close day cash drawer.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Perform general office duties as assigned by the manager.
