The role requires strong customer service, reliable teamwork, and the ability to work 40+ hours weekly. Proficiency with MS Office is a plus; the team values a patient-focused, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Manage patient flow and urgent scheduling needs.
• Assist with check-in/out and basic office duties.
• Process payments and reconcile daily cash where applicable.
• Maintain tidy office environment as directed.
• Support management with tasks as needed.
