Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to support daily front office tasks and deliver excellent patient service. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager, helping schedule, verify insurance, and manage patient flow.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, plus a commitment to compassionate patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and patient check-in.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Support the Manager and perform additional tasks as assigned.
