Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our front office team. You’ll report to the Manager and perform daily tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients, including a four-week training program.

Qualifications

• Provide warm, compassionate patient service aligned with policies and regulations.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and organize charts.
• Balance deposits and daily front-office tasks as needed by the Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
