Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office operations and deliver excellent patient service. You will join a four-week training program and report to the Manager to help schedule appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
