Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our front office team. You’ll perform daily tasks to create lasting impressions, build trust with patients, and support a four-week training program to help you succeed in the role.

You will report to the Manager, deliver compassionate patient service, and handle scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
