Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office operations and deliver outstanding patient service. The role includes a four-week onboarding program and daily tasks to help create a positive patient experience.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and assist the Manager while contributing to a collaborative, supportive practice culture across our Aspen Dental locations.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care in line with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Balance deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
