Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients, customers and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Performs patient registration in various systems and verifies insurance.
• Schedules appointments and manages medical records with HIPAA guidelines.
• Provides preliminary and post-procedure instructions to patients.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and supports clinical staff.
