Results Physiotherapy in Clayton, NC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient patient intake and front desk operations. You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to maintain smooth daily procedures and uphold the organization’s mission and values.

You will handle referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and non-clinical documentation while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into patient evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits and manage front desk flow.
• Provide courteous customer service to patients and families.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
• Monitor arrival rate and improve patient experience.
• Manage schedule, documents, deposits, caseload, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and participate in trainings.
