Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator I to join our Spring Branch clinic. You will support clinic growth through patient intake, scheduling, and front‑office coordination, collaborating with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling visits, verifying insurance, and maintaining an organized front office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with little to no supervision.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules patient visits and manages referrals.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
