Results Physiotherapy Mount Pleasant is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient patient intake and revenue processes. The PCC-I works with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth front-office operations and an exceptional patient experience.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, referrals conversion, scheduling, insurance verification, and reliable coordination of non-clinical tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with the Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team player with strong time management and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments and maintain front office organization.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
• Manage scheduling, documents, and deposits; monitor caseload and insurance reporting.
• Attend required trainings and complete compliance training.
