Results Physiotherapy in Roswell, GA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC-I will support clinic growth through efficient patient intake, insurance verification, scheduling, and front-office operations in a busy outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with the Clinic Director, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create an inviting, organized clinic experience while learning our business processes and staying compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• Team player with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for a great experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and document routing.
• Manage personal overtime and non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance training.
