The PCC-I reports to the Clinic Director and supports patient intake, referrals, scheduling, and insurance verification while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Effective communication with team and leadership

Responsibilities

• Collect money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make welcome calls and manage patient arrival flow
• Manage scheduling, documents, and deposits
• Monitor inventory and assist with non-clinical duties
