Results Physiotherapy in Nashville, TN is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC-I supports clinic growth by handling patient intake, scheduling, and front-office operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with patients, coordinate referrals, verify coverage, and ensure a smooth, welcoming clinic experience while working closely with clinic leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
• As a team member, efficient time management and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Schedules referrals received by fax or phone from patients and physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments and maintains front office organization.
• Supports clinic operations and daily processes as needed.
• Participates in continuing training and company initiatives.
