Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
• Manage schedules, documents, and deposits; monitor inventory.
• Coordinate with Territory Trainers for training and compliance.
