• 3+ years medical office experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist manager and physicians to maintain patient and customer focus.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient registrations and referrals.
• Collect copays, verify insurance, and update EMR accordingly.
• Oversee daily schedule and operations of the assigned area.
• Communicate wait times and patient flow to staff and managers.
