Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center|RegenCen in Petoskey, MI is seeking a driven Clinical Care Coordinator to support providers and patients while ensuring smooth clinical operations. You will manage prescription medication orders, inventory, and back-office tasks, assist with clinical procedures, and help maintain accurate patient records, contributing to a collaborative and patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) preferred.
• Experience in medical, pharmacy, or clinical settings is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering of prescription medications through compounding pharmacies.
• Oversee and maintain clinical inventory, ensuring accurate monitoring and restocking.
• Assist midlevel providers with clinical procedures and patient care tasks.
• Assist with processing medication refills under provider recommendations and other back office needs.
• Download laboratory results and upload to patient charts.
