My Hearing Centers is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, keep the clinic organized, and work closely with the hearing care provider to ensure a smooth patient journey. You’ll manage scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, patient communications, and handle records, insurance verifications, payments, and inventory while maintaining a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus.
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication style.
• Comfort making outbound calls and engaging patients by phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a busy environment.
• Comfort learning and navigating multiple computer systems.
• Team-first mindset focused on shared clinic goals.
• Patience, empathy, and ability to build rapport with patients of all ages, particularly seniors.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and day-to-day patient communication.
• Keep the provider’s schedule organized and optimized to support patient access and clinic productivity.
• Proactively connect with current and past patients to encourage follow-up care and keep them engaged in their hearing journey.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and provide exceptional service throughout their experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with general coverage questions.
• Process patient payments and transactions accurately.
• Support clinic inventory, including ordering, tracking, and returns.
• Educate patients about available products, services, financing options, and promotions.
• Partner closely with the provider to support patient satisfaction and clinic goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready clinic environment.
• Stay informed about company programs and services so you can confidently answer questions and assist patients.
