Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients as they enter the office and registers them, verifies insurance, and collects co-pays.
• Updates patient demographics and company information in the system.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments; documents calls.
• Coordinates scheduling of outside testing for patients.
• Serves as liaison between patient and practice; provides back-up for scheduling.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and accurate daily charges reconciliation.
• Pulls charts and readies them for next-day appointments; files results when signed.
