Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones (external and internal); ensure courteous service.
• Practice urgency with patients and schedule connectivity with clinicians.
• Manage patient flow in the office and check-in/check-out processes.
• Knowledge of common fees charged for visits and collect payments.
• Complete daily reconciliations / close day / count cash drawer.
