Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles desired
• Ability to work with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient data

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service experience for all patients and optimize use of practice resources
• Schedule management for providers, rooms, and equipment
• Communicate with patients and clinical staff to ensure adherence to treatment plans
• Assist with data collection and analysis related to physician productivity and resource utilization
• Help resolve billing issues and obtain necessary pre-certifications or referrals
• Register patients and coordinate appointments
• Provide patient education materials as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, staff, and vendors
• Answer inquiries related to practice operations and follow up on patient testing and plans of care
