Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or completion of Providence internship.
• 1 year of medical office or health care experience (preferred).
• Basic experience with EMR and/or computerized billing systems.
• Medical terminology experience helpful.
• Rooming position: CNA, non-credentialed MA, EMT experience or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service to support patient satisfaction and smooth operations.
