Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. is recruiting a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure a seamless, welcoming patient journey.

You will be the first point of contact, handling administrative and scheduling tasks while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care. The role is full‑time and onsite at Pinnacle Fertility – Washington in Spokane, WA, with Monday–Friday hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, up to 2 holidays per year, and 1–2 weekend shifts per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or front desk role preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide support to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Willingness and ability to travel between clinic locations.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Patient Experience Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for fertility patients on their path to becoming parents. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing vital administrative and scheduling support while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.

We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Spokane, WA. This is a full‑time, onsite position, working Monday through Friday with availability from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and up to 2 holidays per year and 1-2 weekend shifts per month.

Position Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
• Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
