Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to warmly welcome patients, verify details, and schedule appointments as the first point of contact for patients across our Scottsdale/ Chandler clinics.

This full-time, onsite role requires 1–2 years of customer service/front desk experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and willingness to travel to other clinics. Proficiency with EMR and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma; 1-2 years customer service/front desk.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide support to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Patient Experience Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for fertility patients on their path to becoming parents. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, customer-service oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing vital administrative and scheduling support while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.

We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Arizona located in Scottsdale or Chandler, AZ, with required travel to other clinics as needed. This is a full-time, onsite position, working Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with a rotating Sunday every three weeks and occasional holiday coverage.

Position Requirements

• Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative assistant role.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility:
  • Must be able to travel to and support our Chandler or Glendale locations, as needed.
• Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
