Job summary

Stanton Optical in Roswell, NM, part of Now Optics, seeks a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service, facilitate sales, and bridge clinical and retail teams. You will conduct basic eye screenings, gather patient history, and assist with eyeglass fabrication and fittings in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification beyond high school required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Complete pre-tests and basic ophthalmic assessments as part of the service flow.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and update on job status.
• Ensure brand standards and timely delivery of orders; perform lab-related tasks as needed.
